Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to handle telephonic sales and customer relationship management for our steel products division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining client databases — all from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote steel products.
  • Understand client requirements and provide product details and quotations.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients.
  • Prepare and share price lists, offers, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain sales records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for order processing.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of steel products (preferred).
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of tele sales or inside sales experience (steel or related industry preferred).
