Position:
Assistant Manager – Procurement

Location:
Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage
    end-to-end procurement activities
    including sourcing of products & services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality of goods & services.
  • Oversee contract drafting, review, and compliance in line with company policies.
  • Ensure timely purchasing, delivery, and logistics coordination of materials and services.
  • Monitor vendor payments and coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.
  • Conduct periodical vendor performance evaluations and implement corrective actions if needed.
  • Maintain procurement records, reports, and ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience
    in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
