Junior Finance Manager – Full-time

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Type: On-site | Full-Time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support strategic business decisions. If you have strong analytical skills and hands-on finance experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage all financial transactions, accounting, and bookkeeping


• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting


• Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and statements


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations


• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders


• Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting systems

Requirements


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience


• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial software


• Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and reporting


• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills


• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or project-based industries is a plus
