Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable operations.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with CA firms or corporate accounts department.
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting and banking operations.
  • Working knowledge of Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.

Pay: ₹11, ₹25,684.55 per month
