Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, good analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant software.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist in vendor invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.

2. Bank & Cash Management

  • Prepare and update daily cash & bank statements.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Process payments, cheque deposits, and petty cash management.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, purchase orders, and financial records.
  • Support the team in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal or external audits.

4. Reporting

  • Prepare basic MIS reports as required.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Support senior accountants with financial summaries and reports.

5. Coordination

  • Follow up with vendors, internal teams, and clients for payments and documents.
  • Support the Accounts Manager/Senior Executive in routine tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP software is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹24,000.00 per month
