Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and community members to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions, including paid advertising.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to support broader marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders to expand brand reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
