Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brands presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for different platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with key insights.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Appear on camera for social media content, such as reels, stories, and live sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for video content for social media content creation.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
