  • Independently handle end-to-end audits and compliance reviews for PMS and AIF clients in line with SEBI regulations.
  • Review client data, investment statements, and reconciliations of AUM, income, and expenses.
  • Verify and certify monthly/quarterly regulatory reports and disclosure documents.
  • Liaise with client teams, custodians, and fund managers for data collection and query
  • resolution.
  • Guide and review work performed by junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Assist partners in preparing final audit reports and client presentations.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of SEBI PMS & AIF regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and financial data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
