Skills - Must Have:

  • Experience in functional testing of web-based applications
  • Analyzing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
  • Experience in testing Web APIs including REST, xml based using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, etc.
  • Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
  • Worked in Agile methodologies
  • Should have strong exposure to web-based application testing and related tools
  • Good Communication Skills, written & speaking.
  • Proficient in creating and executing SQL queries and good exposure to DB Testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ALM/Jira.

Skills - Nice to Have:

  • Sound knowledge of creating documentations/artifacts related to testing 
  • ETL Testing and Back-end data validation experience.
  • Experience in Tableau is added advantage.
  • Awareness of QA metrics like rejection ratio, defect leakage, pass rate etc.
  • Experience in Integration testing where multiple applications is involved
