Location: Powerlook Office, Goregaon, Mumbai

Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA (E-commerce) professional to ensure the highest level of quality across our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, hands-on experience in manual testing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional testing for website and mobile applications.
  • Validate critical e-commerce flows such as orders, payments, logistics, and catalog management.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
  • Collaborate closely with business, development, and product teams to ensure seamless releases.
  • Maintain quality standards under tight timelines and multiple releases.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing cycles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on E-commerce platforms.
  • Sound understanding of end-to-end e-commerce workflows catalog, cart, checkout, payments, and logistics.
  • Proven experience in manual testing including functional, regression, and UAT.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced Go-Live projects will be an added advantage.
