Position Overview: We are looking for an Innovative Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of experience in the event, entertainment, and media sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manipulative posters, film posters, and the unique design needs of high-energy, audience-focused industries. You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning content for live events, social media campaigns, and media promotions. Your designs will help bring dynamic projects to life, engaging diverse audiences through innovative and compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Conceptualization:

o Develop original and visually impactful design concepts for various entertainment and event-based projects, including film posters, event branding, promotional campaigns, and digital media.

o Produce manipulative posters and film posters that create emotional connections, communicate narratives, and excite audiences.

o Collaborate with creative leads to ensure the visual direction aligns with the overall concept and objectives of each project.

1. Event Branding & Marketing Materials:

o Design event promotional materials, including posters, flyers, digital assets, banners, and signage that align with the branding and theme of live events and entertainment projects.

o Create visually engaging materials for social media, websites, and digital campaigns to support events, media releases, and entertainment launches.

o Maintain consistency across all visual materials, ensuring they reflect the energy and excitement of the event or film/entertainment project.

1. Social Media & Digital Content:

o Create attention-grabbing social media graphics, digital banners, animations, and other assets optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.

o Work with the social media team to develop visual content that drives engagement, leverages event buzz, and enhances audience experiences.

o Collaborate on creative campaigns that require custom designs, incorporating trends and new digital formats for high-impact visuals.

1. Collaborative Design Process:

o Work closely with other designers, content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and dynamic design direction across all projects.

o Provide design input on brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members to develop fresh ideas for upcoming events, media content, and promotions.

o Ensure that design work is executed on time and meets high standards of quality and creativity.

1. Film & Promotional Poster Design:

o Lead the design of striking and conceptual film posters, capturing the essence of films, events, or media productions.

o Create visually engaging movie posters and promotional materials that appeal to the target audience, incorporating cutting-edge design techniques to create a lasting impact.

o Understand and apply principles of poster composition, visual storytelling, and typography to produce posters that are visually compelling and commercially successful.

1. Innovation & Trend Monitoring:

o Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to create innovative, cutting-edge visuals for projects.

o Constantly explore new design techniques and visual styles, pushing creative boundaries to keep content fresh and ahead of the curve.

o Bring new, experimental design ideas and creative solutions to the team, especially for event and entertainment projects.

1. Quality Control & Execution:

o Ensure high-quality standards across all design materials, paying close attention to details like color, typography, composition, and overall aesthetic.

o Review all designs before final delivery to ensure they are error-free, cohesive, and meet the brand guidelines and client expectations.

o Balance creative design vision with practicality, ensuring that designs meet deadlines and fit within project parameters.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

 Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on manipulative posters, film posters, and work in event, entertainment, and media sectors.

 Skills: o Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or others.

o Demonstrated ability to create manipulative posters, film posters, and promotional materials for high-impact events and media productions.

o Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.

o Strong understanding of event branding and the unique design challenges for live events, entertainment, and media projects.

o Knowledge of social media design best practices, including platform specific optimization.

o Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.

o Ability to translate creative concepts into visually stunning designs that capture attention and drive engagement.

o Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, especially in the entertainment and event industries.

o Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
