Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand Wonderlas reach in the away market and inbound tourism segment. This role involves identifying and building partnerships with tour operators, travel agents, and other industry players to drive footfall and revenue growth for Wonderla Amusement Parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in tourism segments.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the away and inbound tourist markets.
- Identify and on-board tour operators, travel agents, and DMCs as strategic partners.
- Drive B2B sales, achieve revenue targets, and curate attractive travel packages.
- Build and manage strong partner relationships with ongoing support and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Propose innovative offerings based on market trends and customer needs.
- Monitor performance through reports and analytics, recommend improvement plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Tourism.
- 15 years' experience in tourism, travel sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of tour operator and travel agency networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
