Talent Worx is on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust analytical background combined with practical experience in data science and machine learning methodologies. You will be responsible for transforming extensive datasets into actionable insights that will directly inform business strategies. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to tackle complex business problems.
  • Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and provide analytical expertise.
  • Continuously explore new data sources and tools to enhance the analytical capability of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of data-driven projects.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science or related field.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
