Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Scientist role located in New Delhi. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to address business challenges. Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting large datasets, deriving actionable insights, creating data visualizations, and utilizing statistical techniques to inform decision-making. The role will also involve optimizing algorithms, maintaining data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Science fundamentals, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and algorithm development
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Analytics, and problem-solving using data-driven approaches
  • Experience in creating Data Visualizations to present complex insights in an understandable manner
  • Solid understanding of Statistics, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R and database tools is preferred
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the fintech industry is a valuable asset
