We are expanding our AI/ML team and looking for a
Data Scientist
who is passionate about building intelligent systems at scale — applying advanced ML techniques, Graph-based RAG, and Big Data solutions.

Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled
Data Scientist
with hands-on experience in applied machine learning, generative AI, scalable data platforms, and graph-based reasoning. You will help build advanced AI capabilities — including knowledge-graph powered retrieval systems, recommendation engines, and real-time intelligence pipelines.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to convert raw data into production-grade AI systems that drive measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Learning & Advanced Modeling

  • Design, develop, and validate machine learning & deep learning models across NLP, CV, and forecasting.
  • Work on
    Graph RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
    systems and hybrid search architectures combining graph, vector, and text search.
  • Implement and optimize embeddings and LLM-based reasoning workflows.

Big Data & Feature Engineering

  • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets across distributed systems.
  • Develop feature workflows, automated pipelines, and scalable ETL/ELT using modern data stack tools.
  • Implement ML data processing across Spark, Hadoop, Ray, or Dask environments.

Production Deployment & Integration

  • Deploy ML models into production via REST APIs or microservices.
  • Monitor model performance, manage retraining cycles, handle model drift.
  • Optimize inference accuracy, latency, and cost.

Research & Prototype Development

  • Explore advancements in AI, LLMs, graph learning, and semantic intelligence.
  • Build prototypes and POCs that convert into product features.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    TensorFlow / PyTorch
    ,
    scikit-learn
    , Pandas, NumPy.
  • Proven experience with
    Graph RAG / Graph-Based Retrieval Systems / Knowledge Graphs
    .
  • Experience with
    Big Data frameworks
    (Spark, Hadoop, Ray, Dask).
  • Experience with
    Vector Databases
    (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
  • Experience deploying models with FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB or distributed DB systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB, TigerGraph, Amazon Neptune).
  • Experience developing recommender systems or semantic search pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Startup or product-building experience.
