Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, induction, exit formalities).
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required.
Administration
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
- Manage front desk operations, correspondence, and office communication.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event/meeting arrangements.
- Support management in drafting letters, notices, and maintaining official documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and office administration.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
