As a Computer Vision & Deep Tech Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge AI models that span:


• Visual Intelligence: Floorplan fixture placement, medical imaging, and real-time CCTV analytics.


• Generative AI & Deep Learning: GANs, transformers, and diffusion models for image-to-image and layout generation.


• RAG & Agentic AI Systems: Building intelligent agents that blend perception with reasoning.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and product leads to design, train, and deploy production-ready AI systems that scale across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities


• Research, design, and implement Computer Vision pipelines (detection, segmentation, tracking, OCR).


• Develop and train deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers, GANs, LayoutGAN, VTN, Pix2Pix, etc.).


• Work with multi-modal AI (vision + language + structured data) for RAG and decision-making.


• Implement real-time AI systems for retail (CCTV analytics, shrinkage detection, floorplan optimization).


• Collaborate with domain experts in healthcare, retail, and architecture to translate business needs into AI solutions.


• Optimize models for performance and deployment (PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX, quantization, edge devices).


• Contribute to the core AI platform powering Thinkneural's suite of products.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:


• Strong foundations in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Image Processing.


• Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / OpenCV.


• Proficiency in one or more CV domains: object detection, semantic segmentation, pose estimation, or generative models.


• Experience in training large models with GPUs and handling real datasets (images, videos, annotations).


• Solid programming skills in Python, C++ (optional), and ability to write production-ready code.


• Understanding of MLOps workflows: versioning, experiment tracking, deployment.

Good-to-Have Skills:


• Experience with GANs, diffusion, transformers (ViT/CLIP/LLM integration).


• Knowledge of multi-modal AI (vision + NLP).


• Familiarity with edge deployment (Jetson, Coral, or mobile AI).


• Previous work in retail AI, medical imaging, or architectural AI systems.


• Contributions to open-source CV/AI projects.
