Position Overview

The
Deputy Manager – Human Resources
will support the HR leadership team in driving recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and overall HR operations while upholding luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hotel associates.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support training and development programs to ensure service excellence.
  • Assist in performance management and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records.
  • Partner with departmental managers to drive engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a five-star hotel (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
