Rising Star in Human Resources


About the Job:
  • This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support short- and long-range HR goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management methodologies, be able to think critically and creatively, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, direct, and coordinate the establishment and ongoing administration of HRIS to meet organizational objectives.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain effective policies and procedures for HRIS use, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  3. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategic solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or related field, with 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically works in an office environment with frequent interactions with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • May require occasional travel for meetings, training, or conferences.
