Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce OMS Lead to support POCs, Pre-Sales activities, and project implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Order Management System (OMS), strong technical leadership, and hands-on experience in complex multi-system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead POCs, demos, pre-sales discussions, and provide training to internal teams and clients.
  • Design and implement multi-warehouse setups and omnichannel inventory routing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation using Flows, Apex, and Composite APIs for complex order lifecycle management.
  • Integrate Salesforce OMS with external systems such as ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, and SFCC using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management orchestration flows for various order lifecycle events.
  • Work with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development frameworks.
  • Utilize Flow Builder, Process Builder (legacy), and Orchestration Flow Designer for workflow automation.
  • Implement Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time data synchronization.
  • Ensure secure integrations using OAuth2, JWT, and Named Credentials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct team training and provide knowledge transfer sessions as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Salesforce OMS.
  • Proven experience leading POCs, demos, and pre-sales engagements.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and API integrations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce OMS orchestration flows and integration best practices.
  • Proficiency in Flow Builder, Orchestration Flow Designer, and automation frameworks.
  • Prior experience in conducting Salesforce OMS training (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce OM Architect or Developer certifications.
  • Experience with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) integration.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹55, ₹60,000.00 per month
