Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground BTL activations, events, and retail marketing campaigns. Manage day-to-day marketing operations including: Raising and tracking Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) Coordinating with the Finance team for vendor billing, invoice tracking, and timely payments Managing vendor/agency onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation Ensuring accurate documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records for all marketing spends Work closely with internal teams to track budgets, monitor spends, and maintain process adherence. Support the team in execution of campaigns, logistics coordination, and vendor management. Desired Skills & Experience: relevant years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or marketing operations. Strong coordination and process management skills. Good understanding of PR/PO processes and vendor management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation processes.
