Role Overview: As a 3D Visualizer, your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces, architectural elements, and joinery/furniture layouts. You will play a crucial role in transforming concepts and designs into visually appealing representations. Key Responsibilities: - Creating 3D models of interior layouts, partitions, ceiling designs, flooring, custom furniture, and joinery details. - Developing photorealistic renders based on CAD drawings, mood boards, or conceptual sketches. - Collaborating with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cohesive project execution. - Translating 2D technical drawings into intricate 3D visuals. - Producing high-quality static images, virtual walkthroughs, or videos for client presentations. - Offering multiple design options and incorporating client feedback effectively. - Utilizing software such as AutoCAD/Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and Illustrator for various aspects of the design process. - Detailing textures, finishes, light fixtures, MEP elements, furniture joinery, and other intricate design elements accurately. - Coordinating with procurement/supplier teams to align materials in renders with actual available materials. Qualification Required: - Preferred qualifications for this role include a basic degree along with a certification in 3D, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Middle East. Gulf experience is preferred for candidates applying for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity.
