Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and expand our fresh food product line, including Dosa/Idly batter and other ready-to-cook items. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG or food sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to grow the business in retail and distributor channels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG or Food industry.
  • Prior experience selling ready-to-cook products, batter, or fresh food items is a strong advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and retail distribution network.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
  • Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, kirana stores, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) for our products.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase repeat orders and product visibility.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at retail points.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution goals.
  • Coordinate with distributors and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
  • Conduct regular market visits and route coverage.
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the sales manager.
