The Scheduling Analyst is responsible for analyzing and integrating metadata across multiple data streams into the client database to optimize scheduling processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and integrate metadata from various data streams into the client database.
  • Create and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the company and employees.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected absences, and other challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers regarding schedules and potential issues.
  • Ensure schedules are accurate, complete, and aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or data management (preferred but not mandatory).
