We are currently hiring for the position of Quality Analyst. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals in US healthcare with a strong background in AR calling and quality assurance.

Position: Quality Analyst

Experience: Minimum 4 years in US Healthcare as an AR Caller (QA experience is mandatory)

Location: India (Remote/Virtual Interview)

Interview Mode: Virtual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement quality management and improvement programs within a healthcare setup.
  • Monitor quality assurance and compliance functions.
  • Ensure adherence to Prochants production policies and procedures.
  • Audit complete processes including Billing, Transmission, and Cash Posting.
  • Provide daily feedback on errors and track corrections.
  • Submit weekly QA reports to Team Leads and monthly reports to Management.
  • Conduct monthly QA feedback meetings and propose solutions for recurring errors.
  • Train new team members based on audit insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional typing and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong knowledge of DME billing and US healthcare
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
  • Positive, professional attitude and a strong team player
