Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Blacfeast products (, Masala, , etc.) to retailers, grocery shops, and distributors in assigned areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retail partners.
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report sales updates to the management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retailers.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in the local market.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Earnings (Commission-Based):

  • Earn attractive commission per product sold.
  • The more you sell, the more you earn — no income limit
  • Additional bonus and rewards for achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th pass (any graduate preferred).
  • Must have good communication skills and a confident personality.
  • Prior FMCG sales experience (optional but preferred).
  • Should have own bike/scooter and smartphone.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and passionate about sales.
  • Familiar with Lucknow market areas.
