Functional & Automation Test Manager

To be successful as a Functional & Automation Test Manager you should have extensive experience with:

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, Jmeter etc.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using APM tools ( AppDynamics etc.).
• Good knowledge of system architecture: web, APIs, databases, cloud, and microservices
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (response time, throughput, concurrency, CPU/memory utilization).
• Strong exposure to Python and VBscript
• Unix, SQL

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications
• Performance testing planning and execution with accounting & payment's domain GPP and Masspay. Knowledge and experience on working with virtual accounting applications is an added advantage.
• Should have experience in managing performance testing for multiple projects

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
