POSITION / DESIGNATION Sales Coordinator/Sales Trainee
EXPERIENCE-0 -1 Year( Freshers required with fluent comm skills)
LOCATION -Noida / Delhi/NCR
QUALIFICATION- MBA/Any Graduation
DEPARTMENT- Sales & Marketing
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time Job Objective:
To drive business growth by establishing and strengthening relationships with consignees, understanding their logistics requirements, and converting them into consistent clients through effective follow-ups,service coordination, and Feedbacks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage a database of active and potential consignees with contact history and engagement level.
Conduct regular consignee's visits, for feedback sessions and thereafter to suggest/draft way forward for management discussion, basis of feedback analysis which can enable to generate leads.
Coordinate with operations and branch teams to ensure smooth service and customer
satisfaction.
Stay informed about competitor activities, market rates, and consignee expectations and to inform reporting head/management for corrective actions.
Key Skills /Competencies & Essential requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MIS and MS Office.
Marketing/Logistics/Supply Chain Operations
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
