To bring this vision to life, we are seeking a UI/UX & Brand Designer who can blend digital experience design with strong visual and brand communication — across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Role Overview

This role combines
user experience design
and
creative branding
, ensuring that Prānaa's digital and offline presence reflects its mission of holistic, patient-centric care.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing intuitive digital products (apps, websites, dashboards) and creating visually engaging content for campaigns, packaging, and physical brand materials.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from tech and marketing to medical experts — to design experiences that are functional, aesthetic, and emotionally resonant.

Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX & Digital Experience

  • Design and enhance Prānaa's digital patient journey — including website, booking systems, dashboards, and mobile apps.
  • Conduct user research, apply design thinking principles, and translate insights into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Create responsive, user-centered interfaces that deliver seamless navigation and rich user experiences.
  • Work with developers to ensure design consistency and smooth implementation.

2. Brand & Visual Communication

  • Design engaging digital and print assets — including posters, standees, brochures, infographics, and social media content.
  • Support the marketing team in developing campaigns that align with Prānaa's brand values and visual identity.
  • Design packaging, event collateral, and clinic display materials to ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve the overall design system and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in
    UI/UX design
    (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of
    user research, design systems, and usability principles
    .
  • Proficiency in
    visual design, layout, and typography
    for both digital and print.
  • Experience with
    brand identity design
    , including marketing and physical collateral.
  • Ability to
    balance creativity with functionality
    and deliver within deadlines.
  • Bonus: Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    motion graphics, video editing, or digital marketing
    tools.
