As a Junior Sales Executive at a dynamic publishing company specializing in educational books aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) for Grades K to 8, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identify potential school clients and new market opportunities. - Present and promote educational products to schools through well-planned sales visits and presentations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting senior sales staff. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market growth. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to focus on the Tamil Nadu market and work on a cyclical basis where 6 months of the year are dedicated to school marketing and field visits while the other 6 months are focused on paperwork, client follow-ups, and digital marketing support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any recognized Bachelors degree (a degree in Business Studies will be an added advantage). - Previous sales experience is preferred and will be considered a merit. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Good organizational skills with keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
