Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Development Lead to join our team at Avivo. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of our software solutions. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team,
  
  fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software architectures that meet business requirements.
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  
  Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance and scalability.
• Security: Implement security best practices to protect applications from common vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development guidelines.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive technical innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
  
  Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a software development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior
  
  technical role.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, , , Python).
• Experience with database design and development using relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  
  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the contract management or AI-driven tools industry.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data science principles.
  
  Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, ).
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
