We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in .NET development and possess strong leadership qualities to guide the team towards successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable .NET applications while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with established coding standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose solutions to address challenges encountered during the development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in .NET development, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in .NET development, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an onsite/offshore model is preferred.

    Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Note: This is a full-time onsite position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Candidates must be willing to work onsite and possess any necessary work permits or visas required for employment in India.
