Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Manager located in Gurgaon. The QA/QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes for our real estate projects. The primary duties include ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, conducting quality inspections and audits, preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation, and coordinating with project managers and construction teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues. The QA/QC Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement strategies and training team members on quality standards and procedures.

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with project teams
  • Ability to develop and implement quality improvement strategies
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
