Role Overview

:

Team XForce is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity SaaS Product Architect/Engineer to join our growing team. A Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product architect/developer is responsible for the design, construction, and testing of new SaaS applications. SaaS is a cloud computing model where a third-party service provider hosts the application and makes it accessible to users over the internet.

This role will focus on driving the strategic vision, development, and enhancement of our SaaS offerings, SSE tools, and GRC solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems, has a strong background in software product management, and possesses deep expertise in security software engineering and web application firewall technologies.

Candidate must have the ability to work within a team but also work independently, managing projects, tasks, and deliverables with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include creation and execution of the DigitalXForce solution and the transference of knowledge to internal client resources.

Scope of duties

:

a.     Actively participate in the engagements conducting following tasks: participate and lead meetings with engineers and experts on clients' side in the Application Security area, develop & implementing solutions and prepare technical documentation required to fulfil projects objectives

b.    Being an Application Security expert for the project teams consisting of security engineers

c.     Developing of High and Low-Level Designs, Logical Diagrams and other technical documents

d.    Design, Implement and Test the latest Application Security tools & solutions in the Application Security - XForce Lab

e.     Testing security solutions, Proof of Concept, Working in the Lab

f.     Support for business development activities, including new solutions development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation (technical demos) to potential clients. 

Responsibilities & Duties

.

As a SaaS Product Architect/Engineer, you will undertake the following functions:

·       Interview the business and write use cases; work swiftly and efficiently to keep this fast pace, fluid project moving forward

·       Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for our SaaS platform, and GRC/IRM solutions, aligning with company goals and market demands.

·       Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and prioritize features that enhance our product offerings.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

·       Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.

·       Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including messaging, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and customer communication.

·       Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics and success criteria, analyze data to derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements

·       Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps

·       Drive the product development process, including prioritization and release planning

·       Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements

·       Focus on delivering real-time insights for clients, improving colleague workflow, and growth planning tools

·       Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization

·       Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.

·       A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.

·       Utilizes strong communication, presentation, and writing skills

·       Willingness to develop and learn of new skills in cybersecurity field

Requirement Qualifications:

Qualified candidates would need to have the following qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

·       Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, with a focus on SaaS platforms, SSE tools, and/or GRC/IRM solutions.

·       Technical Background: Solid understanding of SaaS software development / engineering principles, and related technologies.

o  5+ years' experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Systems Analyst, or similar, within analytics/AI product development in a technology-driven environment.

o  Proficiency in Agile methodologies with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile and hybrid development environments.

o  Hands-on experience with data and analytics technologies including SQL, AWS Cloud-based Architecture for AI/ML, PySpark, Python, .Net, Machine Learning, and/or analytics technology.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

·       Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

·       Strong knowledge of the latest secure coding principles, techniques, and specifications

·       Familiarity with web, API and microservices technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and network/web related protocols.

·       Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
