• This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborates closely with sales and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• The candidate must hold a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution and have 20 or more years of relevant industry experience.

Expected Functional Competencies

• The candidate should be capable of managing a large team of engineers and diploma graduates across various departmental functions.

They must be confident in independently handling static equipment design engineering for components such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, filters, skid systems, strainers, electric heaters, storage tanks, pig launchers and receivers, and other specialized tanks.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software is essential, including PV Elite, Nozzle Pro, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Expected Hands-on Experience
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in:
• Leading large engineering teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian and international design codes/standards such as ASME Sec.

VIII Div. 1 and 2, ASME Sec. II, IBR, ANSI, and ASME standards.

• Reviewing and validating piping, skid designs, and general arrangement (GA) drawings in accordance with P&ID and isometric specifications.
• Conducting ASME U & U2 stamping calculations and revalidating U & U2 stamps as required.
• Generation of BOM/BOQ and TDC sheets for required materials.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing mechanical data sheets and engineering drawings for static equipment and will be accountable for the team's deliverables. Beyond technical responsibilities, he will be part of the key management team, advising on product strategy and broader company matters.
