Job Profile:

To provide end-to-end support to our students and assist in smooth execution of day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all learners.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all student queries (via call, email, WhatsApp, or chat)
  • Provide complete support and guidance to students regarding courses, exams, assignments, and results
  • Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and other departments to resolve student issues on time
  • Maintain and update student records, documentation, and communication logs
  • Handle escalations or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in backend operations such as enrollment processing, ID generation, exam scheduling, etc.
  • Generate reports and share timely updates with the operations manager
  • Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and relationship management
  • Support with bulk communication, reminders, and follow-ups as needed

Desired Candidate:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business Administration, Education, or related field)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
