Validation of Technical specifications received from Design team.

Optimization of Specifications without any deviation in Client requirement deliveries. Validation of BOQs and backup workings. Presentation of BOQs and solutions to Management and getting approvals.

Checking of RA bills and final billsPreparation of AmendmentsValidation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix. Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design Exploring new products and take them to approvals. Proposing different optimization options in budgets.

Completion of Budget requirements in given TAT without any delays. Preparation of different reports on cost analysis of Projects as per Management. Quantity Surveyor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)Manages the costs associated with these specialized systems within construction projects.

Responsible for cost estimation, budget management, contract administration. Work with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation & Management: Develops and maintains cost estimates for MEP systems, from initial budgets to detailed design stages.

Contract Management: Oversees contracts for MEP works, including procurement and supplier negotiations. Cost Analysis: Conducts cost analysis on engineering projects and provides accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses. Progress Payments: Prepares and agrees on progress payments, assesses variations and claims.

Reporting: Provides regular reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Works with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Bill of Quantities (BQ): Creates BQs, cost estimations, cost plans, and contract packages.

Risk and Value Management: Provides support for risk and value management, and cost control functions. Required Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detailed understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
