We are Hiring for Lead Test Engineerrole

MANDATORY SKILLS

Lead the automation strategy, planning, and execution for

API and web UI testing.

Collaborate with developers and product owners to define

test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks

using Python and Playwright.

Contribute to AI-driven test optimization, analytics, and

predictive defect analysis

Implement and maintain automated test scripts for

regression, smoke, and sanity testing.

Experience in AI-based application testing or use of AI/ML

tools in testing (e.g., self-healing tests, intelligent failure

analysis).

Technical Skills

4-6 years of overall QA experience with minimum 3 years in

automation testing.

Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web UI

automation.

Sound understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and API

testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).

Experience with test frameworks like Pytest, Unittest, or Robot

Framework.

Good understanding of CI/CD processes and integration of

automation within pipelines.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in AI-based application testing or use of AI/ML

tools in testing (e.g., self-healing tests, intelligent failure

analysis).

Develop and execute API tests using REST and GraphQL

interfaces.

Expertise in Postman and Newman tools.

Lead the automation strategy, planning, and execution for API

and web UI testing.

Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test

strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using

Python and Playwright.

Contribute to AI-driven test optimization, analytics, and

predictive defect analysis

Implement and maintain automated test scripts for regression,

smoke, and sanity testing
