Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Store Manager. The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

The role is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Branch Head of an optical store is to oversees operations, drives sales, ensures customer satisfaction, and leads the team to meet business goals.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily store operations
     including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of optical services
     such as eye exams, lens fitting, and product delivery timelines.
  • Maintain compliance
     with company policies, health regulations, and industry standards.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales performance
     by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
  • Monitor KPIs
     such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Develop local marketing initiatives
     to attract footfall and build brand presence.

Customer Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact
     for escalated customer issues and VIP clients.
  • Ensure high standards of service
     from consultation to post-sale support.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms
     to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff
     including optometrists, sales associates, and technicians.
  • Set performance goals
     and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture
     within the team.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Manage inventory levels
     to ensure availability of frames, lenses, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with suppliers
     for timely restocking and product launches.
  • Optimize product displays
     to enhance visual appeal and customer engagement.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare performance reports
     and present insights to senior management.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends
     to refine service offerings.
  • Contribute to strategic planning
     for growth, expansion, and competitive positioning.
