The role of a
Branch Head of an optical store is to oversees operations, drives sales, ensures customer satisfaction, and leads the team to meet business goals.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily store operations
     including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of optical services
     such as eye exams, lens fitting, and product delivery timelines.
  • Maintain compliance
     with company policies, health regulations, and industry standards.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales performance
     by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
  • Monitor KPIs
     such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Develop local marketing initiatives
     to attract footfall and build brand presence.

Customer Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact
     for escalated customer issues and VIP clients.
  • Ensure high standards of service
     from consultation to post-sale support.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms
     to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff
