Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for direct sales growth in the assigned territory.
Achieve annual sales target
Combines technical expertise with sales skills to identify, engage, and support customers in purchasing and implementing technical products or services
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services to existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales performance.
Preparing and delivering sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.
Traveling to customer locations within a designated territory to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales principles, including customer acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
