Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for direct sales growth in the assigned territory.

  • Achieve annual sales target

  • Combines technical expertise with sales skills to identify, engage, and support customers in purchasing and implementing technical products or services

  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales performance.

  • Preparing and delivering sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.

  • Traveling to customer locations within a designated territory to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales principles, including customer acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
