About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help us find the best talent.   • Key Responsibilities: Draft and publish job ads on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Source and screen candidates through databases, referrals, and job portals
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and support hiring managers during the interview process
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to HR leadership
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter)
