SEO Specialist

We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving our search engine rankings. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing traffic and improving rankings.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for target keywords. Ensure website structure is SEO-friendly.

Technical SEO: Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content. Improve website loading speed and mobile usability.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content. Ensure content is relevant, high-quality, and aligns with SEO best practices.

Link Building: Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Identify potential link partners and create outreach campaigns.

Performance Monitoring: Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and analyze traffic data.

Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites and strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and other key metrics. Suggest improvements and strategies for continued growth.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Content Understanding: Familiarity with content marketing and its role in SEO. Ability to work with content creators to optimize for SEO.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate SEO strategies and results to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and fix SEO issues quickly.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with local SEO and optimizing for specific geographic regions.

Knowledge of social media marketing and its impact on SEO.

Certification in Google Analytics or related SEO certifications.
