Position Summary for Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and polished Soft Skills Trainer with a refined personality to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and etiquette.
• Personality Development: Coach students on personal grooming, poise, and body language to enhance their confidence and overall presentation.
• Etiquette Training: Provide instruction on corporate etiquette, dining etiquette, business networking, and professional decorum to prepare students for high-level professional settings.
• Tailored Training Programs: Develop and customize training modules to meet the diverse needs of students from various professional and social backgrounds.
• Assessments: Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training and provide constructive feedback to students for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferably a Post-graduate with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in soft skills training, personal development, or a similar role.

The successful candidate will take charge of designing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract prospective students, and maintain the school's reputation for excellence. As a representative of a finishing school, the Digital Marketing Expert should also embody the traits we teach—refined communication, attention to detail, and a sophisticated understanding of audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, website, email marketing, paid ads) to increase brand awareness and enrolment.
• Content Creation: Craft high-quality, engaging, and polished content that reflects the school's values of elegance, professionalism, and refinement. This includes blog posts, social media updates, videos, and newsletters.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the school's presence across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, etc.) with content that mirrors the finishing school ethos of sophistication and class.
• SEO & SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to boost online visibility and attract qualified traffic to the school's digital platforms.
• Paid Advertising Campaigns: Design and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertisements to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
• Data Analysis: Analyse web traffic metrics, social media engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide reports with actionable insights to continuously improve the digital marketing efforts.
• Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns that are aligned with Amity's brand, promoting upcoming programs, events, and student success stories.
• Brand Building: Ensure consistent application of the school's brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all digital channels, maintaining a tone of sophistication and elegance.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, as well as competitors and target audiences, to keep the institution at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Build partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other prestigious organizations to enhance the school's online reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or luxury/premium brands.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.
