Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer at Adda247, located in Bengaluru. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on life skills, communication, and presentation skills. Daily tasks include developing training content, conducting workshops, and assessing training effectiveness. The trainer will also provide feedback to learners and work with the training and development team to enhance the curriculum.

  • Experience in Training & Development
  • Ability to create engaging learning content
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
