Job Title: Tele-Consultation Psychologist (Work From Home)Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Tele-Consultation Psychologist with 5 years of professional experience to provide high-quality virtual mental health support. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and English to effectively serve a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide online psychological consultations via video, audio, or chat.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, intake evaluations, and follow-up sessions.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, supportive therapy, etc.).
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely client records.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment methods accordingly.
  • Offer crisis support and refer clients to specialized services when necessary.
  • Participate in team discussions, supervision, and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology.
  • Valid license/registration as per regional guidelines.
  • Minimum 5 years of counseling or clinical experience (online or offline).
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and ethical professionalism.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a confidential, quiet home environment.
  • Stable internet connection and functional digital setup.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in tele-counseling or online therapy.
  • Training in specialized therapeutic areas (trauma, child psychology, couples therapy, etc.).
  • Ability to handle diverse client backgrounds and emotional needs.
  • Multilingual abilities (additional languages are a plus).
