**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an empathetic, qualified, and fluent **Gujarati-speaking Psychologist** with **RCI registration** to join our in-house mental health team. This is a **remote role** focused on delivering high-quality psychological support, program development, and mental health service audits across our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide **virtual psychological consultations and counseling** in Gujarati and/or English
- Perform **regular quality checks and audits** to ensure effective and appropriate service delivery
- Review, update, and improve existing mental health content and support programs
- Analyze user feedback and continuously work to enhance therapy services
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology
- Maintain records in compliance with RCI and company guidelines
- Collaborate with wellness, HR, and medical teams as needed for integrated care

**Requirements**:

- **Master’s or Doctorate degree** in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
- **RCI Registration** (mandatory)
- Fluency in **Gujarati** and proficiency in English/Hindi
- Strong grounding in therapy techniques like CBT, REBT, Mindfulness, etc.
- Experience with virtual consultations and workplace mental health
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of total work experience in clinical/corporate settings
- Prior experience designing or evaluating mental wellness programs
- Additional certification in CBT, trauma-informed care, or EAPs
- Familiarity with digital health platforms and quality assessment metrics

Pay: ₹30,882.58 - ₹34,581.92 per month
