We are looking for a skilled and experienced .Net Developer to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software systems using .NET, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and DevOps, to understand and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and development standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in development processes and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and C#.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and full SDLC practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical thinking mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, managing multiple priorities with agility.
