Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef located in Bareilly. The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries and bakery items, ensuring high-quality products. Responsibilities include handling food preparation, baking processes, and collaborating with the head pastry chef to develop unique recipes and presentations. The assistant will also assist in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
• Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong Culinary Skills and knowledge of pastry-making processes
• Attention to detail and artistic presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications in pastry arts is a plus
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
