  • Monitor the status of the patch/release
  • In case of failure do a manual push of the patches
  • Importing the patches details to Patch Management Server
  • Performing pre-check for patch installation, like System level backup, etc
  • Define the associated change management procedures for patch roll outs
  • Publish the patches for a release into the Patch Management tool
  • Push the patches to the servers or setup a Scheduled Pull from OEM
  • Test the release / upgrade / new patch on the Test Environment provided by customer before it is rolled out on all other production systems
  • Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
  • Reinstallations raise due to incidents
  • Incident / Request Fulfilment / Change management
  • Define the procedures for Patch Release as per the Clients policy
  • Regularly review the VA reports received from Compliance Team and prepare the plan for the testing and remediation
  • Once tested and validated, remediate the VAs as per the defined SLAs
  • Ensure the proper change management process is followed for the Vulnerability remediation process
  • Monitor and track the progress of vulnerability remediation efforts, with the weekly/Monthly trackersDevelop and interpret dashboards, ensuring they provide clear insights and are user-friendly
