Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager (Paints). The role involves driving business growth through dealer management, project sales, and relationship building with contractors, architects, and builders in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for paint products.
  • Identify new business opportunities across retail and institutional channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and builders.
  • Ensure effective product promotion, demonstrations, and marketing activities at the ground level.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide market feedback to management to support product and strategy improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting timelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 3–8 years in Paint Sales / Building Materials / Construction Industry.
  • Must have worked with reputed brands in the paint industry (e.g., Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Pune and surrounding markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
